Ale and Honey Mustard by lookatbrew.com

You’ll need:

60g Yellow mustard seeds

100ml Ale – I used a strong Wee Heavy style, but any traditional style should work well

2 tbsp Runny honey

35ml Malt vinegar

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Marmite

1/2 Garlic clove

Just add all of the ingredients to a blender -I used a bullet blender- and whizz up for a minute until smooth. Try experimenting with different beer styles for different characteristics- a strong vintage ale or stout would be good.

Now dunk your sausages at will and enjoy or leave in the fridge for a week to let the flavours develop further and then dunk your sausages and enjoy.
